The SP4LN1000(SP4LN100E) is engineered with a specialized internal gas passage that channels cold suction refrigerant directly across the motor windings prior to compression. This direct gas-cooling layout maintains low winding temperatures even during high-load medium- and low-temperature operation. The stator materials and synthetic lubrication setup ensure full compatibility with a wide range of refrigerants, including R404A, R507, R134a, R407C, and R22.

Built around a high-density cast-iron shell rated for working pressures up to 28 bar, the compressor incorporates an internal safety pressure relief valve. In the event of abnormal head pressure surges, the valve automatically opens to bypass refrigerant from the discharge side back into the suction manifold. This prevents shell deformation, protects gasket integrity, and ensures reliable automatic resetting once safe pressure differentials are restored.

To withstand continuous heavy-duty cycle requirements, the drive mechanism utilizes a combination of floating sleeve bearings and high-precision thrust washers. Tailored oil grooving ensures continuous lubricant distribution across all friction surfaces, preventing metal-to-metal contact during startup and supporting an engineered operational service life of 50,000 to 80,000 hours.
