Designed for high-displacement industrial refrigeration, the 6-cylinder SP6L3000(SP6L300E) features a three-step solenoid-activated energy regulation system. By stepping output between 100%, 66%, and 33%, multi-compressor racks and chiller systems can precisely modulate cooling capacity to match changing thermal loads. This targeted modulation significantly lowers electrical power consumption during partial-load demand and reduces compressor cycling frequency.

The SP6L3000 channels low-temperature suction gas directly over the motor windings prior to entering the cylinder chambers, ensuring effective cooling of the stator even under severe low-evaporating operating conditions. Built with high-grade winding insulation and advanced synthetic oil chemistry, the compressor works reliably across a broad range of eco-friendly and standard refrigerants, including R404A, R507, R134a, R407C, and R22.

To optimize space inside compact parallel compressor frames, both the suction and discharge shut-off valves support full 360° rotation. This design allows mechanical contractors and OEM packagers to connect piping at any required angle, eliminating line strain on the cast-iron housing and shortening equipment assembly times.
