Designed for large-displacement commercial refrigeration, the 6-cylinder SP6L4000(SP6L400E) features a solenoid-activated energy regulation system. By stepping output between 100%, 66%, and 33%, parallel rack controllers can precisely match refrigeration output to shifting thermal demands, drastically lowering electrical consumption during partial-load conditions and reducing compressor cycling.

The SP6L4000 comes equipped with an integrated INT6932 electronic protection module connected directly to embedded PTC thermistors inside the stator windings. The module continuously monitors internal motor temperature and electrical parameters, immediately breaking the control circuit upon detecting thermal overload, phase failure, or supply voltage spikes to protect the motor against electrical damage.

To withstand severe compression ratios in continuous low-temperature freezing operations, the inner drive assembly utilizes precision floating sleeve bearings paired with high-load axial thrust washers. Specialized lubrication grooves deliver a constant protective oil film across all friction surfaces, preventing metal-to-metal contact during high-load startups and providing an engineered design operating life of 50000 to 80000 hours.
