Air compressor maintenance in operation

1. Check safety protection devices regularly.

2. Patrol the specified monitoring points and fill in the operation records carefully.

3. Keep the lubricating oil level in the oil sump of the fuselage and the lubricator in the specified range.

4. The oil and water condensed from the intercooler should be discharged every two hours, and the gas storage tank should be discharged once per shift. If the humidity in the air is high, the number of emissions should be increased.

5. At all times, pay attention to and check whether the reading of each pressure gauge and temperature gauge is within the specified range.

6. Check whether the oil injection of the oil injector is normal, and check the supply of lubricating oil to each oil injection point. If the oil injection is abnormal, the operation of the air compressor should be stopped and eliminated.

7. In order to provide good lubrication, use oils that meet the standards and prohibit the use of inferior motor oils.

8. Always pay attention to the condition of the intercooler and the safety valve on the gas storage tank is intact and reliable.

9. Always pay attention to whether the exhaust valve and suction valve work normally and clean them regularly.

10. Regularly clean or replace each filter movement, and replace the lubricant regularly.

11. Turn off the power and close the main cooling water valve after stopping.
