What is Refrigeration Condensing Unit?
Description:
Condensing unit (also called the compressor unit) is the most important part of the entire cold room system. The condensing unit is usually the high-pressure side component of the refrigeration system. It consists of a compressor, condenser, fan motor, controller, and mounting plate. It has the function of a heat exchanger to cool and condense the incoming refrigerant vapor into liquid, and a fan function to blow outside air through the heat exchanger section to cool the internal refrigerant. Condensing units are available in a variety of designs and sizes, from small household appliance units to large industrial units for food and manufacturing processes.
RFJ condensing units are an optimized combination of efficiency, reliability, easy installation, and good performance. It is optimally designed and manufactured to reduce installation and maintenance costs and improve efficiency, while making your production more efficient and less noisy to your neighbors.
Typical Condensing Units:
All our condensing units are equipped with Bitzer, CPL or Tecumseh brand compressors, shock absorbers, oil separators, air condensers, axial fans, oil receivers, filter driers, sight glasses, solenoid valves, dual pressure switches, dual pressure gauges, etc.
- New generation condensing units with ozone-friendly refrigerants R404a, R407c and R507c.
- Designed for ambient temperatures up to 52°C.
- Can be installed on a wide range of compressors such as Bitzer, CPL, Tecumseh compressors.
- High pressure safety cut-off with manual reset.
- Axial fan motor with large air volume and low noise.
