Common Risks Of Inverter Refrigeration Compressor

1. High temperature resistance of motor: The magnetic material of the motor adopts neodymium iron boron magnetic material. As a new result of the development of rare earth permanent magnet materials, it is called "Magnetic King" because of its excellent magnetic properties. The main components are: rare earth metal neodymium 29% -32.5%, metallic element iron 63.95-68.65%, non-metallic element boron 1.1-1.2% and other elements. There is another important indicator of the performance of permanent magnet motors, namely: high temperature resistance level. Beyond its temperature resistance level, its magnetic flux density will drop sharply. High temperature resistance grades can be divided into: N series, resistance above 80 degrees; H series, resistance 120 degrees; SH series, resistance above 150 degrees.
2. Motor protection grade: The protection grade is divided into IP23 and IP54.
Due to the temperature relationship, IP23 can only be designed as an open motor. Air compressors are poor in many occasions. Corrosive gases such as dust, moisture, and salt mist lead to low service life. Especially when metal-containing dust enters the motor, it will seriously affect the magnetic wire distribution and cause a drop in efficiency.
3. Motor heat dissipation: Because of the special material of the motor, it is usually the key to how to ensure heat dissipation and cooling of the motor. The motors currently used in permanent magnet variable frequency air compressors on the market usually have three cooling methods: air cooling, water cooling and oil cooling.
1. Air cooling: low cost, poor heat dissipation, high maintenance cost and large volume.
2, water cooling: good heat dissipation, high cost (requires water tank, water pump or water circulation system), corrosion rust, and high sealing requirements.
3, oil cooling: small size, good heat dissipation, low cost, you can use the air compressor lubricating oil circulation system.
