Precautions for indoor ventilation:
Location of inlet and outlet
The air inlet should be located at a low place in the house as far as possible, and it is not easy to inhale the environmental dust and harmful gases. In the dust and other harsh environments, the air inlet filter device should be properly equipped. The exhaust vent is generally set above the roof or wall, and protective facilities are added.
Exhaust duct
A. The circulation area of the exhaust duct should be large enough;
B. The exhaust duct is as short as possible to reduce the flow resistance. According to the exhaust volume of the compressor, calculate the resistance of the exhaust duct. If the pressure loss exceeds 20Pa, an auxiliary exhaust fan needs to be set;

In order to facilitate maintenance, a detachable structure of the exhaust channel can be used, such as canvas or tinplate to connect and balance the wind hood, to avoid excessive drawing and vibration transmission. Flexible adjustable flaps can be installed, and the channel can be closed during winter to avoid low temperatures.

With the passage of time, the cooler will block due to the environment or the quality of the cooling water. The plate-fin heat exchanger is a heat exchange tube bundle composed of a rectangular plate and a heat exchange tube. For the blockage of the air-cooled heat exchanger, it can be repeatedly purged with compressed air of 0.2MPa or more. For water-cooled tube heat exchangers, it is mainly composed of two parts: the outer shell and the inner cooler. Because the equipment of different manufacturers may have different pipe-side and shell-side flow media and different cooling water quality on site, the blocking of the tube heat exchanger needs Cycle cleaning through different chemicals.

Check the temperature of the cooling water. The high water temperature makes the temperature between the cooling water and the lubricating oil shrink, reducing the heat exchange effect. In addition, the amount of cooling water is insufficient, and the heat of the high-temperature lubricating oil cannot be cooled by the circulating cooling water in time, resulting in higher and higher temperatures. Usually the cooling water return water pressure is not less than 0.15MPa.
